Parent & Tot

Our youngest athletes can start exploring movement as soon as they are walking. One parent or adult caregiver attends the 45 minute class with the child to assist with the various activities. Athletes gain experience on our Just For Kids equipment, the Tumbl Trak or trampoline and floor circuit (similar to an obstacle course). They do a variety of activities, tasks, and skill progressions. This class is offered several weekday mornings and evenings and on the weekend.

Parent & Pre School Info

Once they have completed the Parent and Tot class, athletes and parents then attend this one-hour long class, and start working on our Active Start program. The program features development in several areas: physical literacy, social skills, and basic gymnastics skills. Athletes gain experience on our Just For Kids equipment, the Tumbl Trak or trampoline, junior balance beams and floor circuit (similar to an obstacle course), doing a variety of activities, tasks, and skill progressions.This class is offered several evenings, and on the weekend.

Child Info

Once they are old enough to participate alone, the young athletes then attend this one-hour long class, and start working on our Graduated Levels program. Incorporating physical literacy development activities, as well as sound gymnastics skill development, these classes deliver our FUNdamentals program. Athletes will spend time on our Just For Kids equipment, the Tumbl Trak or trampoline, junior balance beams and floor circuit (similar to an obstacle course), doing a variety of activities, tasks, and skill progressions. Those athletes that show above average ability and interest may be invited to advanced classes and/or pre-competitive programs.

Gym Kids Info

Gym kids class is the first introduction to all the full size equipment in the gym. Kids will take turns on balance beam, uneven bars, floor and the tumble track or trampoline. This class will encourage their interest in the sport as more than a pastime and help them discover their love for gymnastics events. There will be more focus on strength and form and listening skills while still encouraging the fun that is gymnastics. We hope gymkids class will show the athletes why gymnastics is the foundation of all sports.

Youth Info

Continuing on the FUNdamentals gymnastics journey, these 90-minute classes focus on having fun while being physically active. Athletes in these classes utilize the official full size regular bars as well as Tumbl Trak, trampoline, floor area, balance beams and vault. Youth classes are for athletes ages 8 - 12

Teen/Tumbling Info

Whether it's to give gymnastics a try, have some fun social activity while keeping fit, or to re-visit or continue to develop gymnastics skills, our 90 minute teen classes offer more choice and variety to participants. The classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and several participants opt to come to both.

Our tumbling classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced options. These 60 minute classes are for anyone wanting to learn tumbling elements for dance, cheerleading, or just for the fun of learning a back handspring.

Adv Rec Info

This level is for kids that are looking for a bigger challange in their gymnastic endevours. Classes run for 2 hours with higher expectations with regard for your child's training mentality. It is for this reason that these classes are by invitation only. If you would like to have your child tested to see if this class is a good fit, we offer assesments for a minimal charge. If you are interested in having your child tested please contact the front desk or email us.

Pre-Comp Info

This group is for kids who have demonstrated an ability or talent that could lead them to our competitive program. Children who show exceptional learning skills and a high level of physical achievement can be put into this group to see if they are a good fit for our competitive program. They may spend several sessions in the group to teach them to be coachable and to develop their skill set to prepare them appropriately. Our competitive program runs from July 1 each year and acceptance is dependent on their successful participation in this group. Classes run for 2.5 hours 2 days a week with higher expectations with regard for your child's training mentality. It is for this reason that these classes are by invitation only.

Adult Open Gym Info

Ever wonder if you still have some of your old skills? Do you want to see if you can still learn and develop your gymnastics skills? This is a supervised class which is not led by a coach but you are open to work on any skills you would like. There are coaches in the gym to help however this is an open gym class and is self-led. Why not come in and finally learn that kip, back handspring or front tuck you have always wanted to do. Participants are welcome to use the rig and the crossfit equipment at the back of the gym or any of the equipment they choose. Waivers are required before participation and classes are paid on a drop in basis.
